Neutral Laminating Paper
---Non-corrosive, greaseproof packaging materials
Neutral laminating paper is a non-corrosive kraft paper laminating PE with waterproof, greaseproof function. It can contact directly with metal and doesn’t cause corrosion.
Neutral laminating paper has following characters:
◆Non-corrosive, suited for corrosion-resisting metal
◆Having high strength, waterproof and greaseproof function
◆Economical, Be used together with rustproof oil or VCI powder
◆Without six heavy metal ions, conform to the requirement of ROHS
According to product structure of packaging, including:
Flat laminating paper--- Laminating PE on the flat neutral kraft paper (PA) . pH value is neutral, the content of SO 2- 4 and CI- is low. When it contacts with metal, corrosion will not happen. At the same time, it has functions of waterproof and greaseproof. So this product can be used for outer packaging material. Print VCI paper available.
Flat paper laminated woven fabric--- Woven fabric reinforced, neutral kraft, non-corrosive, waterproof, used for heavy steel pack (such as stainless steel, aluminum sheet).
Crepe paper laminated woven fabric--- Laminating PE on the crepe neutral kraft paper (WA) with waterproof, high strength and certain elongation. It can be used for short term protection of narrow metal sheet. |
